Jim Ford is the President and CEO of Solecta, a global leader in process membrane technology. Solecta, a high-growth, venture-backed clean technology company, delivers precision filtration solutions that optimize water, energy, waste, and capital resources through innovative membrane technology.

Jim also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA), a position he has held since 2015. A passionate advocate for strategic account relationships as a growth driver, he is a keynote speaker, panelist, and thought leader, earning Program of the Year twice, along with recognition for Value Co-Creation and Technology Innovation in client partnerships.

Before joining Solecta, Jim held executive leadership roles at Ecolab, Nalco Water, Arcadis, and TestAmerica (Eurofins), driving global strategy, growth, profitability, and complex client engagements. Jim also served as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army after graduating with Distinction from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
